We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- support Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
- assist in all administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation client’s general inquiries and to their investments and payments
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
Your team
You will be working in the Client Service Team Greece and Cyprus (CST) in Geneva. As client account manager you’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
As a Client Account Manager you will also work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
Your expertise
- banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- great computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- excellent organization and communication skills
- fluent in English
