You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

Telix Pharmaceuticals is recruiting a skilled Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and execution across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA Region). Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, collaborating with crossfunctional teams, and driving brand awareness and product positioning. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, possess strategic thinking capabilities, and demonstrate a proven ability to launch and manage successful brand campaigns in the healthcare industry.

About You

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required. MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product/brand management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform brand decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Telix Pharmaceuticals’ brand presence in the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand objectives with overall business goals.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of impactful product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders and scientific societies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all marketing communications.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in brand management processes.
