Sustainability Advisory Product Manager

We are offering to outstanding chance to join our multidisciplinary team of portfolio and product managers in the Sustainability Advisory Service Portfolio a highly skilled team covering Safety, Reliability, Availability and the fields of Energy & Carbon and Sustainability. In Electrification Service division, you will be able to put your sustainability engineering background into practice by contributing to our projects on building, analyzing, comparing and bringing to market various business models, including BESS-as-a-service, Hardware-as-a-Service, and Decarbonization as-a-Service. Additionally, you will articulate value propositions for each segment, focusing on Circularity, Energy, and Decarbonization aspects to enhance our go-to-market strategies. Make it your story!

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and compare business cases for BESS-as-a-service, Hardware-as-a-Service, Energy as-a-Service and Decarbonization as-a-Service models.
• Evaluate the economic, environmental, and social impacts of each model to identify their respective advantages and challenges.
• Collaborate with the other sustainability advisory product management team to recommend the most suitable business model for different product offerings.
• Develop value propositions for each segment, emphasizing Circularity, Energy, and Decarbonization benefits.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure value propositions align with customer needs and market trends.
• Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine value propositions for maximum impact.
• Drive product management life cycle from initiation of a product solution concept through to launch and ongoing maintenance and improvements.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2-3 years in sustainability
• Sound knowledge of business modelling and the Electrical Industry market
• Strong passion for sustainability (energy, Carbon & microgrid) and a genuine interest in driving positive environmental impact.
• Understanding on ESG Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions and reporting
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluent command of English, both written and spoken
