Your mission:
As a Senior Project Manager your main goal is to lead and drive projects and programs in relation to the SOPHiA Platform. The Sr PM oversees all aspects of the projects across the different departments of the company so that they can be completed on time, within budget, within scope, at the expected quality and at the satisfaction of users. The Sr PM leads projects from inception to delivery, in line with the Software Lifecycle Procedure and with the Design Controls procedure.

- Leads and drives Software Development projects in relation to the SOPHiA Platform from inception to delivery
- Responsible for project governance and best practice reporting
- Enforces the Software Development Lifecycle Procedure and is responsible for his/her projects adhering to quality requirements
- Drives project prioritization and supports building the project roadmap
The Experience You Bring
- Masters degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or a similar field of study with minimum 5+ years experience leading projects in a field related to software delivery or medical devices
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Atlassian suite
- Experience in project management methodologies including scrum/agile
- Certification in Project Management, such as the PMI-PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation is a nice to have
- Strong organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication, team player
- Fluent in English is a must. Any other language would be an asset

Location: Rolle (CH) – Office-based, including 2 days remote working per week.
